Long-Term Accommodation in the Centre of Brno
Looking for comfortable accommodation in Brno for several weeks or months? We offer long-term accommodation in Room No. 7, located directly in the historic centre of Brno.
The room is located on the 3rd floor of the building, with no lift. It features a double bed, dining table with two chairs, work area, lounge chair and TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, microwave and basic kitchenware for 2 guests. The room also has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi, regular cleaning (once a week, excluding washing-up) and energy costs are included in the price.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults. No pets allowed. Non-smoking room.

There is no need to arrange a traditional rental agreement. All you need to do is check in through our accommodation system. Foreign guests are registered in the Czech Ubyport system.
Simply move in and enjoy your stay.
The minimum stay is 15 days and the maximum stay is 30 days. Longer stays are available by agreement.
A refundable security deposit of 50% of the total accommodation price, with a minimum of CZK 5,000, is required.
Corporate stays can be paid by bank transfer. Payment must be credited to our account before the start of the stay.
